Manchester police have located the vehicle that struck an officer who was directing traffic on Friday afternoon.

The Manchester Police Department officer was directing traffic in the area of Main Street and Charter Oak Street when they were hit by a vehicle that fled the scene, police said. The officer was transported to the hospital for minor injuries as a precaution, according to police.
